AI Game Tokyo (Kobacchi Pheromone‼) offering AI-driven games and CNP Template content.
By using the Tool, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Purpose of Use
The Tool is provided for entertainment purposes only.
All content generated within the Tool is automatically generated by AI and no guarantee is made regarding accuracy, safety, or completeness.
2. Rights & Ownership
All rights related to story structures, world settings, template formats, systems, and official characters belong to Kobacchi Pheromone‼ / AI Game Tokyo.
Copyright of characters, names, settings, and text created by users belongs to the user.
The Tool does not store or save any user-created content externally.
Posting gameplay logs and generated results on social media is permitted.
Commercial redistribution, resale, copying, or reproduction of the Tool itself is strictly prohibited.
3. Fanworks & Derivatives
Fanworks that use official characters, settings, or titles—such as doujin works, novels, fan games, and illustration books—are permitted, including commercial sales, and will be treated as unofficial fan activities.
The following actions are prohibited:
・Misleading expressions suggesting official approval
・Use of terms such as “Official,” “Authorized,” or “Supervised”
・Mass production or corporate-scale commercial exploitation
・Intentional destruction or defamation of the world setting
・Use of official character images as-is
・Use of official logos or icons (only self-drawn illustrations are allowed)
AI Game Tokyo assumes no responsibility for any trouble or damages arising from fan activities.
4. Prohibited Actions
The following are strictly prohibited:
・Reproducing, redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing the Tool itself
(including sharing access URLs, passwords, text files, or copies of the Tool)
・Reverse engineering, extracting, analyzing, or duplicating the Tool or its system structure
・Passing the Tool off as your own GPTs / Gems product
・Republishing or selling generated output as a competing service
・Defamation, harassment, or illegal activities using the Tool
・Fraudulent claims or attempts to sabotage operations
5. AI-Generated Content Notice
Due to AI behavior, content may accidentally resemble real individuals, organizations, or works, but such similarities are unintentional.
Decisions or actions taken based on generated content are the sole responsibility of the user.
6. Disclaimer
Functionality may be affected by AI model changes, API updates, or platform issues.
AI Game Tokyo (Kobacchi Pheromone‼) assumes no liability for any losses resulting from use of the Tool.
7. Revisions
These Terms may be updated or changed without prior notice.
