AI Game Terms of Use

This GPTs / Gems tool (hereinafter referred to as “the Tool”)
is a service provided by AI Game Tokyo/Ai Roleplay Games (Kobacchi Pheromone!)
for AI-based games and CNP template systems.

By purchasing access rights to this Tool,
you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use.

This service grants the right to use GPTs / Gems,
and does not guarantee permanent availability of the GPTs / Gems platform itself.

Due to AI specification changes, model updates, or operational decisions,
GPTs / Gems may become unavailable without notice.

1. Purpose of Use

  1. The Tool is provided for entertainment purposes only.
  2. Content generated within the Tool is automatically generated by AI.
    Accuracy, safety, and completeness are not guaranteed.

2. Rights

  1. The story structure, worldbuilding, template design, and official characters
    are protected by copyright and related rights owned by Kobacchi Pheromone‼.
  2. Any creative content such as names, settings, or text entered by the user
    remains the intellectual property of the user.
    The Tool does not store or save such data externally.
  3. Users are free to post generated logs or results from the Tool on SNS.
  4. Redistribution, resale for commercial use, or reproduction
    of the Tool itself is strictly prohibited.

3. Secondary Creation / Fan Works

  1. Secondary creation using official characters, names, or world settings
    within this Tool (including doujin works, fan games, novels, illustration books, etc.)
    is permitted, including sales.
    These works are considered unofficial fan activities.
  2. The following actions are prohibited:
    • Any expression that may cause confusion with official works
    • Use of terms such as “official”, “approved”, “supervised”
    • Large-scale or corporate-level commercial distribution
    • Use that maliciously damages the world or reputation (defamation / harassment)
    • Use of unaltered official character images
    • Use of official logos or official icons
      Only illustrations drawn by the creator may be used.
  3. AI Game Tokyo assumes no responsibility for troubles or damages arising from fan activities.

4. Prohibited Actions

  • Defamation, illegal activities, or harassment using this Tool
  • Reverse engineering, analysis, or redistribution of the template structure
  • Misrepresenting this Tool as your own GPTs or service
  • Submitting false reports or disruptive activities
  • Republishing logs or presentation output as-is as another service content

5. Notes on AI-Generated Content

  1. Due to AI characteristics, automatically generated content may
    incidentally resemble real people, organizations, or works,
    but such similarity is unintentional.
  2. Decisions based on generated results are the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Disclaimer

  • Due to AI specification changes, API limits, or account restrictions,
    the Tool may become unavailable.
  • No refunds will be issued in cases where the Tool cannot be used due to
    communication issues, API limitations, or account bans.
  • AI Game Tokyo (Kobacchi Pheromone‼) assumes no responsibility for any damages
    arising from use of this Tool.

7. Amendments

These Terms may be updated or changed without prior notice.
